JULY 5TH 2019 MARKS 20 YEARS

It's hard to believe it. Sheldon was travelling through Scotland and Jason got off a cruise ship in Copenhagen on July 1st, 1999. The two decided to meet outside of Amsterdam where a friend of theirs lived. On July 5th they sat in a park playing old swing tunes and thought, "Let's start a band ... and call it The Polyjesters." 
What happened afterwards was a ride of a lifetime. The Canadian Flag on your backpack can get you into the hearts of people in other countries, but a Canadian Flag and a ukulele filled with tunes can get you into their backyard family barbeques.
On July 5th, 2019 (and July 9th, 2021!) The Polyjesters are honoured to take to the Grandstand stage at the Calgary Stampede making this a 22 year run.
